To request a disconnection, reconnection, payment extension, mailing address change, phone number change or to request an email of your monthly bill, please fill out and submit the form below.

Due to security issues, name changes on accounts must be made in person. You can visit us at 134 E Van Buren Ave., Harlingen TX 78550 between the hours of 7:30am and 5:00pm.

This request will be received by our Customer Service Department. Please allow (1) business day for a response. If Eligible for an extension you will be notified either by phone or email.
